| Aviation - Synthetic Vision |
 |
Low visibility conditions have always been a major cause of aviation accidents.
For years now, NASA has been researching synthetic vision to give
pilots, who are surprised by low visibility conditions, an
accurate picture of the ground beneath and ahead.
Yet today, synthetic vision is not yet a widespread reality in amateur,
commercial, or military aircraft.
With the EarthDetails engine, we are able to
squeeze more and higher resolution terrain into smaller devices and
interactively fly it at higher frame rates.
As such, we seek industry
partners to help bring this technology on cheap devices that can be made readily available
today for widespread use and in every cockpit. We also seek advice from
experienced pilots to make such device useful and user friendly.
We look forward to hearing from you .
